Living Water is a blog which aims to promote and nurture contemplative consciousness, and to tap into a deep spring of love and wisdom; healing balm for our troubled times.

“Living Water” is a biblical term which appears in both the Old and New Testaments.

 

Jeremiah (2:13 and 17:13) describes God as “the spring of living water”, and in John’s Gospel Jesus says to the Samaritan woman at the well: “If you knew the Gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water… whoever drinks the water I give… will never thirst.” (John 4:10,13)
